The key people behind Ouwehand & Wall are Cathy Ouwehand and Mary Wall. In affiliation with Carraig Investments they are seeking to introduce their extensive client base to the exciting markets of Ibiza, Majorca & Barcelona.

Cathy Ouwehand is originally from Melbourne, Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Griffith University in Queensland. Cathy’s interest in the real estate world started at an early age as it has been the family business for the last 30 years. After a number of years travelling the world, Cathy settled in Southern Spain and has spent the last 8 years working as a sales executive for prestigious golf developments such as “La Quinta Golf” and also working on a freelance basis selling luxury apartments, villas and land.

Mary Wall is originally from Dungarvan, County Waterford, Ireland and formed Carraig Investments in the year 2000. Carraig Investments is a specialist investment company focusing on sourcing Residential Land, Commercial Buildings and Luxury Homes for its mainly Irish and Spanish clients within the Iberian Peninsula. Mary Wall came to settle in Spain after a top career in the hotel industry which allowed her to travel the world extensively. Having always had a very enthusiastic interest in property, with knowledge and perseverance Carraig Investments has now grown from strength to strength with offices in Madrid, Sotogrande and its very successful subsidiary company in the Balearic Islands servicing Ibiza, Majorca & Barcelona; Ouwehand & Wall S.L.
